1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Permanent resident of Ontario.

3. Must possess a minimum of a valid G2 Ontario Drivers License

4. Those entered who are selected to receive a ‘key’, must book test drive at Bessada Kia, prior to receiving their contest ‘key’ for the chance to unlock the SOUL.

5. Employees/Agents  of AjaxPickering.ca, iGuides Canada, Bessada Kia, KIA CANADA, Signage Source, and the third party company that will be selected to complete the draw (TBA) and immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the contest or win the 2010 KIA SOUL.

6. The number of ‘keys’ distributed are dependent on the number of entries received.

7. Contest will run from July 1st, 2010 until December 1st, 2010

8. Those who are selected to receive a ‘key’, will be contacted via email.

9. All participants agree to allow their picture with the SOUL to become the property of AjaxPickering.ca, iGuides Canada and its subsidiaries, for promotional purposes.

10. Photographs that are received that depict sexuality, violence, gang related, alcohol consumption, hatred, or other offensive material will be disqualified from the contest, and if warranted, will be reported to the proper authorities.

11. AjaxPickering.ca reserves the right to modify the rules and regulations at anytime in order to meet full compliance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.

PRIZE:

The contest participant who receives the ‘key’ which unlocks the 2010 KIA SOUL, will win the “Spot the Soul” contest car. The car is vinyl wrapped (to help protect the vehicle) and the wrap will be professionally removed upon declaring a winner and delivered to the winner at no cost. The car will be in a “like new” condition, driven gently throughout the course of the contest period (July 1st, 2010 - December 1st, 2010).
